Omuuz business and delivery
Omuuz develops, publishes, and directly sells the software listed on omuuz.com. Omuuz is not a third-party marketplace, affiliate catalog, or reseller.
All Omuuz products are downloadable macOS software. No physical goods are shipped. After a completed purchase, the customer receives license delivery and can access the published installer through the signed-in Omuuz account.
Customer support
For product, account, purchase, license, or download help, email omuuz.com@gmail.com. Include the product name and, for an order issue, the Omuuz order number. Do not send a complete card number, password, Google token, or full license key.
Payments and refunds
Stripe processes checkout and payment-card details. Omuuz does not store complete card numbers.
Eligible purchases completed directly through Omuuz may be refunded under the seven-day Refund Policy. Because the products are delivered digitally, there is no physical item to return and no return shipping fee. Refund requests are reviewed manually and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
