Omuuz

Omuuz develops and publishes DiskStory, AppUnlink, RunOrigin, TrimProof, MenuVeil, ConfigVault, JobLens, and SSH Disk Visualizer.

Omuuz is the first-party developer and publisher of every Mac app listed on omuuz.com; it is not a third-party software directory or download platform. The site provides official product facts, capability limits, privacy details, documentation, release status, licenses, and downloads. Omuuz is not OMUUS or any unrelated company, app, or service with a similar name.

Omuuz Mac software portfolio

Eight Omuuz-made products, each with a defined job.

DiskStory analyzes disk usage; AppUnlink reviews app-related files before removal; RunOrigin explains LaunchAgent and LaunchDaemon ownership; TrimProof trims supported MP4/MOV media without re-encoding; MenuVeil organizes supported menu-bar icons and presents local system signals; ConfigVault backs up network-device configurations and audits semantic changes; JobLens inventories cron and systemd tasks over SSH; and SSH Disk Visualizer visualizes remote Linux storage. Their canonical product pages are linked below.

macOS

DiskStory

An evidence-first disk space utility for macOS. Explore storage in a sunburst, keep scan scopes separate, compare local snapshots of the same scope, and verify evidence before taking a reversible action. DiskStory reads metadata, not file contents, and never uploads scan records.

macOS

AppUnlink

A Mac app uninstaller for evidence-first review. Inspect related-file matches, shared-data boundaries, and expected impact before approved items move to system Trash.

macOS

RunOrigin

An evidence-first, read-only macOS utility that groups visible LaunchAgents and LaunchDaemons by app or developer, shows the basis for ownership, and compares the current scan with the previous local snapshot.

macOS

TrimProof

TrimProof is a native, offline-first Mac video trimmer for one supported MP4 or MOV. It preserves compressed H.264 or HEVC samples instead of re-encoding them, shows the full-GOP range that can be retained safely, verifies video and AAC payloads against the source, and delivers the new file only after every check passes.

macOS

MenuVeil

MenuVeil combines supported menu-bar icon control with a deep Mac signal center. It offers a compact overview, 28 dashboard signals across 13 monitor modules, local histories, copied or CSV-exported evidence, and up to 20 reversible layout profiles—without opening a separate feature window.

macOS

JobLens

JobLens is a native macOS console for read-only inventory and diagnosis of Linux systemd timers and cron jobs over your existing OpenSSH configuration. It shows last and next run evidence, service results, exit codes, logs, definition changes, and coverage gaps without installing an agent or adding a server metrics dashboard.

macOS

SSH Disk Visualizer

A native macOS viewer for remote Linux storage over SSH. SSH Disk Visualizer builds a local directory map from metadata, surfaces large files and recent growth, classifies common space consumers, and explains cleanup command drafts without executing them.

macOS

ConfigVault

ConfigVault is a native macOS network-device configuration backup and semantic change audit app for routers, switches, wireless controllers, and managed AP environments. Its protected local engine encrypts configurations and metadata, preserves unknown syntax explicitly, and verifies support against the exact device and collection scope instead of making broad vendor claims.
